Founder and President of Di Fiore Financial & Tax Consultant. Debora began her career as a bank auditor for State Treasurer, Ann Richards before embarking as an independent tax consultant. She was an instructor of tax and accounting at Austin Community College, IRS, Small Business Administration and many others. She served as an accounting textbook consultant for Dryden Press and as a software consultant for Intuit.
Throughout her career she has been involve in solving complex tax issues in the areas of oil & gas, corporate tax, partnership tax and individual tax planning. More recently she has been working with various companies and individuals in the area of international taxation and telecommunication services. She enjoys reading and playing the piano. Her hobbies include attending all sorts of sports events and is anxious to
start scuba diving.
Bob Di Fiore

Bob joined his wife at Di Fiore Financial in 1997 after holding various managerial positions in
Purchasing and Office Administration where he acquired his skills as a successful negotiator that
consistently resulted in reducing production and overhead costs for his employers. Developing relationships with vendors and clients were also critical in his success.
He built on these skills and has applied the same philosophies, of being cost conscientious and
diligent in the area of taxation. He concentrates on self-employed businesses, rental real estate,
and other issues dealing with individual tax such as stock options and the like. He is registered
with the Internal Revenue Service as a tax preparer and complies with the 18 hour continuing education required by the Service for AFSP’s.
Bob enjoys jogging, traveling and numerous charity work involving disaster relief and in the
medical field.
Ulises Chicon-Senior
Accountant and Analyst
Ulises is a finance professional with over 20+ years of business management experience spanning multiple sectors in the manufacturing, financial services and tech industries. Ulises began his career as an accountant for a building materials company in Florida. He then relocated to Tennessee and continued advancing to other leadership roles within the Finance area. Over the years, he has held senior positions such as Business Analyst, Plant Controller, Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis from small start-ups to large publicly held firms. Ulises joined DiFiore Financial & Tax Consultants in 2017 as a remote consultant to conduct financial reviews, tax prep and advisory services to its clients.
Ulises enjoys travelling to exotic places and experience different cultures. He has lived abroad and can see things from many different perspectives. He also enjoys helping in the local community and often does volunteer work.
